做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝。 -
