做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
