做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
