做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
