做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
