做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
