做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝(cháng )。 -
