做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
