做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
