做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
