做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
