做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
