做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
