做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
