做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
