做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
