做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
