做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
