做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
