做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
