做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
