做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
