做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
