做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
