做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
