做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
