做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
