做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
