做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
