做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
