做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
