做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
