做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
