做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
