做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
