做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
