做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
