做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
