做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
