做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
