做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
