做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
