做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
