做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
