做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
