做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
