做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
