做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
