做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
