做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
